Objective:
The course assignments will require practitioners to apply everything they’ve learned throughout the course. They will use the GrowthSprint framework and the Blueprint to build a comprehensive business strategy plan for a real or hypothetical client. This assignment will showcase their ability to facilitate a GrowthSprint session, help clients set strategic goals, analyse data, identify risks, and create a detailed action plan.

Steps for the Assignment:

  1. Client Background:

    • Describe the client’s business, including their industry, market positioning, and challenges.

  2. Setting Targets:

    • Using the Blueprint’s TARGETS zone, define clear strategic objectives and align them with the client’s vision.

  3. Business Analysis:

    • Conduct an in-depth analysis using both internal and external factors (referencing the INTERNAL and EXTERNAL zones of the Blueprint).

    • Present insights and key findings from the analysis.

  4. Risk Management:

    • Identify key risks that the client may face and propose risk mitigation strategies.

  5. Action Plan:

    • Develop an actionable, step-by-step plan with specific objectives, timelines, and responsibilities.

  6. Results Evaluation:

    • Explain how the success of the action plan will be measured and monitored.

Deliverables:

  • A detailed business strategy document.

  • A GrowthSprint action plan for the client.

  • A risk assessment and mitigation plan.

Objective:
